Buyer questions answered
Why does smoke point matter commercially?
In continuous frying, an oil that degrades quickly means more frequent oil changes, higher consumption per tonne of product, and off-flavours. A stable refined oil holds performance longer, which is a direct operating cost saving.
Which grade is used for industrial frying?
Refined (RBD) sunflower oil is the usual choice for high-heat commercial frying because refining removes the free fatty acids and impurities that lower thermal stability.
How do I confirm frying performance before committing?
Request a lot-specific certificate of analysis and, where volume justifies it, a sample for a trial run on your own line.
How do I get a quotation?
We quote FOB or CIF to a named port under Incoterms 2020. Payment is by bank transfer (T/T) in EUR or USD, and lead time is typically 7 to 14 days from order confirmation.
