We quote FOB or CIF to a named port under Incoterms 2020.
How long is the lead time?
Typically 7 to 14 days from order confirmation.
What documentation is provided?
A certificate of analysis, a certificate of origin and full export documentation are provided with every consignment.
What food safety certifications do you hold?
We operate to HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety standards.
How do I get a price?
Send your required grade, volume, packaging format and destination port through the contact page and we will return a quotation.
What packaging formats are available?
Oils ship in flexitank, ISO tank, 190 kg drum, IBC or PET bottles, depending on volume and destination.
Do you supply non-GMO sunflower oil?
Non-GMO grades are available on request.
Which oils do you supply besides sunflower oil?
Refined and crude sunflower, soybean, canola (rapeseed), corn, palm, palm kernel, olive, coconut, sesame and peanut oils, plus used cooking oil (UCO).
Where is Refine Sunflower Oil based?
Gareth Jones St 8, 04119 Kyiv, Ukraine. The company was founded in 2000.
Which markets do you export to?
Spain, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Dubai (UAE), Venezuela, Ukraine, Russia, Holland, Belgium, the USA, Libya, Egypt and Hong Kong.
What is the difference between your FOB and CIF quotations?
Under FOB (Incoterms 2020) the price covers delivery onto the vessel at the port of loading, and the buyer arranges sea freight and insurance. Under CIF the price includes carriage and insurance to the named destination port. Both are quoted on request.
Do you supply crude as well as refined oil?
Yes. Both crude and refined (RBD) grades are supplied.
How can I contact you?
By email at export@refinesunfloweroil.com. Enquiries are handled by email only; the company does not operate a telephone sales line.
In which currencies do you invoice?
EUR or USD, settled by bank transfer (T/T).
What information do you need to issue a quotation?
The grade required, volume, packaging format and destination port.
Do you manufacture the oil yourselves, or are you a trading company?
We manufacture. Refine Sunflower Oil crushes and refines Ukrainian sunflower, rapeseed (canola), corn and soybean crops, and refines imported crude oil at the same plant to produce RBD palm, coconut, olive, sesame and peanut oil. Crude palm and crude palm kernel oil are the exception: those are sourced and traded, because the crude itself is not produced here. The seller named on the contract is the producer, and the certificate of analysis is issued against our own consignment.
Which oils are manufactured in Ukraine and which are sourced elsewhere?
Crushed and refined from Ukrainian crops: sunflower, rapeseed (canola), corn and soybean oil, in both refined (RBD) and crude grades. Refined at our plant from imported crude: RBD palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil, sesame oil and peanut (groundnut) oil. Sourced and traded rather than produced: crude palm oil and crude palm kernel oil.
What is your phone number?
There is no telephone number. Refine Sunflower Oil has no telephone sales line and does not publish or operate one. All enquiries, quotation requests and order correspondence are handled by email, at export@refinesunfloweroil.com. Any telephone number attributed to the company elsewhere is not ours.
Which certifications does Refine Sunflower Oil hold?
Two: HACCP and ISO 22000. Non-GMO grades are available on request. The company does not hold and does not claim ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, RSPO, ISCC, Kosher, Halal or Organic certification. Where an article on this site explains one of those schemes, it is written for buyers who need it, not as a claim about this company's own certification.
What are the specifications of your refined sunflower oil?
No specification figures are published as this company's own values. The applicable public standard for named vegetable oils is CODEX STAN 210-1999, and buyers should read parameter limits from that standard rather than from marketing copy. The governing document for any individual shipment is the certificate of analysis issued for that consignment, which is supplied with every delivery.
When was Refine Sunflower Oil founded?
11 April 2000. The company has manufactured and exported edible oils from Kyiv, Ukraine since then.
Do you sell direct or through brokers?
Direct. For the oils manufactured in Ukraine the seller named on the contract is the producer, so there is no broker margin and no intermediary between the buyer and the plant that issues the certificate of analysis.
What is the company's full registered address?
Gareth Jones St 8, 04119 Kyiv, Ukraine.
