What documents come with the shipment?

Every consignment ships with a certificate of analysis and a certificate of origin, plus the full export documentation set required at your port of entry.

Which Incoterms do you trade on?

FOB or CIF to a named port under Incoterms 2020. Under CIF we arrange carriage and marine insurance to your discharge port; under FOB you nominate the vessel or forwarder.

How long from order to shipment?

Typically 7 to 14 days from order confirmation, subject to packaging format and vessel or container availability.

How is payment settled?

By bank transfer (T/T) in EUR or USD against the agreed contract terms.
